Hope Comes Alive for Inmates as Warri Zone Commissions RON Prison Projects

Skills Acquisition Center renovated and furnished, mini-library fitted with BLW materials at the prisons.
There was great rejoicing and an atmosphere of joy during the commissioning of RON Projects at the Warri Prisons. 56 inmates gloriously received salvation and were aided to begin their Christian walk with copies of Rhapsody Bibles and the life-transforming classic, 'the Power of Your Mind' by Rev. (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome.

As part of activities celebrating Nigeria's Independence, Warri Zone partners, led by the esteemed Zonal Director, Pastor Siji Dara and other dignitaries, including the Deputy Governor of Delta State, who also heads the prison outreach, commissioned 2 Hilux Utility Vehicles, one for Okere Prisons and the second for the Delta State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

Other projects commissioned include the renovated Skills Acquisition Center for female inmates, furnished with equipment such as sewing materials and machines, haircare equipment, materials for home-made soap production at the prisons and refitted mini-library with books by the man of God, Pastor Chris.

The officials and inmates at the prisons were full of appreciation at the benevolence and consistent partnership of the ministry. The Delta State Comptroller of Prisons and the State Commander of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, on behalf of the institutions, shared their heartfelt gratitude to the BLW President, Rev. (Dr.) Chris Oyakhilome, for the lavish expression of love.
